A. Yes. We offer a wide range of print services with only high quality materials.
Q. Are print costs included in design costs?
A. No. Print costs and design costs are two separate costs.
Q. Do I own the design that is delivered to me?
However payment can also be made on our website through any major credit or debit card, or bank transfer (Republic Bank, Citizens Bank and Demerara Bank).
We are looking to soon offer MMG and Paypal options as well soon.
A. Yes. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Q. I'm afraid to pay online, is this safe?
A. It's 100% safe.
In fact we don't even have access to your payment details. All payments are processed by a third party authorized payment processor. They use the latest generation encryption protocols and safety measure that only the top scientists even understand.
Can't be safer than that!
Q. Are there any hidden charges?
A. No...What you see in Guyanese dollars is what you pay exactly in Guyanese dollars. There are no currency conversion fees when paying with online credit/debit cards.
We are 100% transparent with our costs.
A. All orders are delivered to you in the best quality format via Google drive. You will be provided with a link where you can download your item at any time permanently.
All orders have varying delivery dates and times ranging from 3-7 business days some orders will take longer to be delivered depending on complexity. You will always be informed before hand about this.
A. Your card details are secure, payments are processed through a system which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
AdNation itself does not have access to your card details. Your payment which is processed securely is later remitted to ourselves.
Alternatively, you can make the payment through our secondary payment options such as cash, cheque or bank transfer (Republic Bank, Citizens Bank, Demerara Bank options available).
Q. What happens after I purchase a order from AdNation?
A. After selecting your order and inserting your specific details, you will be contacted instantly via phone and email where you will be able to explain to us the specifics of your order and we will give you all relevant details regarding delivery time, style, etc.
This process is for every order custom or not.
Q. What if I don't like my order and want to change something about it?
A. All of our orders come with the options for revisions, depending on the product the number of revisions range from 1 to 3 to unlimited revisions. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
