Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like custom art or graphics, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and gift cards. We also do not accept refunds for video ads, logos, and web and mobile design. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to refund the item you have, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and your original payment will be credited back to you in the form of store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your store credit to process.
